Delivery time

We do our best to get the order to you as quickly as possible! Orders we receive on working days before 14.00 (Central European Time), we try to ship the same day (payment must be received by us).
However, this is not always possible, for example because the product ordered is not in stock. The delivery time of these products depends on our suppliers, the delivery time of these products can be requested via : info@proaudioparts.nl. If for any reason the shipment is delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Packages are delivered by PostNL. After handing over the package you will receive a Track & Trace code for tracking your order. You can find the normal delivery times at the bottom of this page.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs depend on the destination country and are calculated after filling in the address. It may be that the country in which you want to receive the order is not yet in our database with the correct shipping costs. You will then see the following: E-Mail Us For The Right Quotation. If you contact us, we will make sure that the correct prices are included in our database. Please send an e-mail to: info@proaudioparts.nl.

Product availability

Products we have in stock are available and will be shipped as soon as possible. Should you wish to order more than we have in stock, this is often possible if it is stated that the product is available for back-order. However, it may happen that a product has become unavailable in the meantime. In this case, we will inform you as soon as possible and possibly offer you an alternative.
If this is not possible either, we will refund the money owed.

On the other hand, it can also happen that a product is listed as sold out on our site. You can always ask us if there is an alternative.

UPS shipments

If you prefer to receive your order via UPS, this is possible on request. You can send an email to: info@proaudioparts.nl. We will then calculate the cost of shipping the products to be ordered, after which we will create an article in the webshop which you can add to the shopping basket with the other articles. Finally, you pay with one of the payment methods and we make sure that your package is sent to you as soon as possible.

Delivery times PostNL

Below you will find a table with the normal delivery times of PostNL. These times are an indication, in reality it may take a little longer. You can keep an eye on it yourself by using the Track & Trace code you will receive.
If you are in a very urgent situation you can contact us and we will see what the possibilities are.

ATTENTION The delivery time to Belgium may be delayed due to reasons unknown to us. We have no influence on this, or you can indicate to have the shipment delivered by UPS.
Shipments to the UK may also be delayed (also by UPS) due to customs activities, again we have no influence on this. Finally we report that the world is still struggling with delays caused by the corona virus.
Sometimes a shipment goes very fast, sometimes it is delayed by a few days, we ask for your understanding.
