The postmen does not ring twice! in most country’s.

Sometimes we get complaints that a package has not arrived.
We ALWAYS send a direct link to the status of the shipment.
It almost always states that a delivery attempt was unsuccessful because the customer was not at home, for example.
Almost all forwarders do NOT offer the package a second time, but the package goes to a local pick-up point.
Often that is a local post office. Then you have to pick up this package there yourself.!
Because a post office is not a warehouse, the package will be returned to us after a while.
Against the repayment of the shipping costs, we can then resend the package.
In the case of crediting, we only credit the product, not the shipping costs.
For customers outside the EU we also charge 10,- restocking costs to compensate for our time for making customs documents.
